Liability for Lost/Delayed/Misrouted Orders In the case an order is delayed by Royal Mail Logistics set standards, Neon Products Limited will refund you the full shipping cost in accordance with our Refund Policy. In the event that an order is either lost or misrouted, Neon Products Limited will undertake an investigation with the Royal Mail Logistics. Where there is evidence which demonstrates that your order has been lost in accordance with Royal Mail Logistics definition of a lost delivery (an item shall be deemed as lost if Royal Mail Logistics has not delivered it at the place to which it is addressed by the end of the tenth working day (not posted on account) after its due date of delivery, unless there is evidence to the contrary to demonstrate that the item has not been lost), Neon Products Limited will refund the full value of the order in question or arrange a replacement order to be sent out to you (if stock is available). We may also, with your prior agreement, send replacement stock to the same value of the original lost order if stock of the lost item is no longer available.
